How we publish

Every article goes through a careful editorial process: researched, drafted, reviewed, and edited before anything ships. Nothing goes live without being read twice. If something is wrong, fabricated, or just bad — tell us. We'd rather fix it than be wrong on the internet.

Our publishing schedule

One new article every Monday at 9am Eastern. The article is selected from a rotating list of topics across all eight categories — meaning if you read every Monday for a year, you'll get a balanced curriculum across strength, nutrition, recovery, and the rest.
